At Mivikare, we strive to deliver high-quality wellness products and ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Due to the nature of nutraceutical and consumable products, we maintain the following refund and return guidelines.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

You may request a return if:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is incorrect
  • Product received is missing items
  • Product packaging is tampered

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Taste / preference related returns
  • Change of mind after delivery

This is standard practice for supplements & nutraceuticals.


How to Request a Return

To request a return:

Include:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos
  • Issue description
  • Unboxing photos (if available)

Our team will review within 24–48 hours.


Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Pickup will be arranged (if required)
  • Product will be inspected
  • Refund will be initiated

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund initiation: 2–3 working days
  • Bank processing: 5–7 working days

Refund will be processed to:

  • Original payment method (Prepaid orders)
  • Bank transfer (COD orders)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch β€” Full refund
  • After dispatch β€” Cancellation not possible

Replacement Policy

We offer replacement instead of refund for:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect product
  • Missing product

Replacement will be shipped within 2–4 working days.
